Comfortable, spacious, year-round house for 8 guests.

Situated 50 metres from a wide, sandy beach. It soothes the ears of its guests around the clock with the sound of the sea waves, and in the morning with the singing of birds living in the dune forest located directly next to the building.

Living room, dining room, kitchen, terrace

The living room, dining room and kitchen are located in a common area, with two exits to the terrace.

On the ground floor there are:

• 2 large sofas,
• TV,
• coffee table,
• table for 8 persons,
• full kitchen equipment, including:
  • a complete set of crockery and cutlery
  • coffee maker
  • electric kettle,
  • microwave,
  • oven,
• mosquito nets in the windows and at the exit to the terrace.

No bedrooms on the ground floor.

Bedrooms

• A total of 4 bedrooms throughout the house (each bedroom has 2 beds which can be connected by a special hook-up).
• One bedroom on the first floor has a balcony facing the sea and its own bathroom with shower cubicle and bathtub.
• Equipped with:
  • towels,
  • bed linen,
  • foldable cot.

Bathrooms

• A total of 3 bathrooms throughout the house:
  • one shared on the ground floor,
  • one shared on the first floor,
  • one in a bedroom on the first floor.
• Each bathroom has a toilet and a shower cubicle.
• Additionally equipped with:
  • washing machine,
  • iron,
  • ironing board,
  • hair dryer,
  • fold-out clothes dryer.

Internet

Internet access via Wi-Fi is unlimited and free of charge.

Parking

• One own parking space next to the house.
• Additional vehicles can park in the free car park at the entrance gate to the estate.

Storage locker

Lockable storage for bicycles, deckchairs and screens is located next to the parking space under the house.

Pets

There is an additional charge for a pet.

On the grounds of the estate

• Large swimming pool with heated water and separate paddling pool for children.
• Playground – sandpits, swings, toys.
• Square for relaxing and walking.
• Restaurant with bakery.
• A wicket with access to the sea (about 50 metres to the beach). Next to the wicket there is a tap with water to rinse your feet.

Rogowo is a very charming place with a rich history, surrounded by the sea, a lake and a forest.

In the area

• Monuments connected with World War II.
• The towns of Dźwirzyno (approx. 2.5 km), Mrzeżyno (approx. 4 km), and in them: sea cruises, restaurants, fish fryers, rope parks, discount stores, in Dźwirzyno an observation deck overlooking the dunes (by the bicycle path to Kołobrzeg).
• The town of Kołobrzeg (approx. 15 km on an asphalt, very picturesque bike path through the dune forest): harbour, ship cruises (also to Bornholm), pier, shops, museums, restaurants, bike paths.
• Towns Pogorzelica, Niechorze, Rewal, Trzęsacz (from 18 to 40 km): retro narrow-gauge railway, lighthouse, ruins of a church on a sea cliff.
